Chromebook の Linux 環境で GIMP3.x が日本語化出来ない問題

 タイトル通りである。

Chromebook の Linux 環境で GIMP3.x が日本語化出来ないのである。

なにをしても、である！

今、Webで検索して出てくる「解決策」は一切通用しない。

もう10回ぐらい Linux 環境を作っては削除、作っては削除している。

疲れた……。

解決したら、また記事にします。

追記：

"fc-cache -fv" の結果、以下にディレクトリがないのが果てしなく問題があるように思える(特に赤のところ)。なんでここにディレクトリもフォントもないのだ？

/app/share/gimp/3.0/fonts (そもそも"/app" ディレクトリが無い)

/home/$USERNAME/.config/GIMP/3.2/fonts (空っぽ)

GIMP は

 ~/.local/share/flatpak/app/org.gimp.GIMP/x86_64/stable/cac1f043b6c62d44680fb1e6ff5a90a8d2ab3e9f6801b611d7d2d1494ad6df04/export/bin/org.gimp.GIMP 

にインストールされている？
